To join us, you must be

1.24-45 years of age
2.A business owner or successor
3.Referred by a current YEN member
4.Approved by current YEN members after interview and voting

We define a business owner as having an active business

1.And holds at least 10% of its shares
2.That has been running for at least 1 year
3.That employs at least 3 employees

We define a business successor as having an active family business

1.With the family holding majority shares or important board positions
2.And responsible for at least one business unit
3.And has worked for at least 2 years
4.And named/being groomed as the successor
